Alumni Organization
The Alumni Organization is the hub of all things DREAM post-graduation - the glue that keeps us all together as we adventure far and wide.
Our mission is to engage Alumni as lifelong members of the DREAM community.
Everyone who has ever mentored in DREAM, was mentored, or was nominated as an Honorary Alumni* is a general member of this organization for life. Together, we'll do everything we can to support DREAM's sustainability and mission. This includes maintaining relationships between children, mentors, alumni, staff, camp, and members of the extended DREAM family, as well as promoting the distribution of information, resources, and opportunities among them.
The executive governance of this organization is handled by an elected Alumni Council, now accepting nominations. The Alumni Organization's committees are what drive the major alumni ideas and initiatives forward:
- Connections: helps alumni stay actively involved with the kids and mentors in our local programs, and with the Alumni Organization itself
- Reunions: plans events in cities near you, and occasionally at Camp DREAM or your Alma Mater
- Young Alumni: welcomes new alumni and gets them involved with the Alumni Organization
