Lawrence Alexander II (he/him/his) currently serves
as the Director of Equity and Inclusion at Carney Sandoe & Associates, the nation's largest educational staffing firm. He consults with schools and organizations around issues of equitable decision making, implicit bias, inclusive hiring, and culturally responsive curricula.

Sam Kennedy is a former DREAM mentor and a licensed mental health counselor in private practice. He works with adolescents, young adults and individuals seeking help processing trauma, anxiety, depression or grief, using experiential modalities. Sam is an avid Burner and founder of TRYBE, an organization that helps people connect, play, and explore.

Kayla Daughtry (she/her/hers) is DREAM’s Operations and AmeriCorps Director. Kayla has a B.A. in Psychology and a B.S. in Neuroscience. Kayla’s interests include cooking, intuitive eating/Health At Every Size, weightlifting for empowerment, gardening, the mountains, emotional intelligence, dismantling white supremacy, astrology, and the macabre.
