Are you passionate about closing the opportunity gap and making change? Do you love working with young people? We are seeking seriously motivated individuals who are innovative and adventurous. We provide a supportive team environment with opportunities for professional and personal growth, and guaranteed life-changing experiences.
We typically operate on a school-year cycle, offering job and service opportunities that begin in August (for full year positions) and in June (for the summer). See a list of our current opportunities below.

The DREAM Program INC. is a 501(c)(3) service organization established in the winter of 1998 and developed as a nonprofit in 2001. Its goal is to bring high quality mentoring and activities to at-promise youth through Summer Enrichment, Afterschool Enrichment , Village Mentoring, Guided Mentoring, Camp DREAM and Adventures Unlimited.
