Angela Bauer (she/her)

Bruce Perlow (he/him)
Associate Officer of High School Programs
Vermont
– Bruce has more than 25 years of experience as an educator both as a classroom K-12 teacher, primarily with high school youth, and with education focused non profits partnering with youth and adults and their schools. He joined DREAM in January of 2021 to build and bring to implementation the Guided Mentoring program. When not DREAMing, Bruce is almost certainly outside running, biking, hiking, and skiing, making the most of Vermont's beauty and bounty.
Causha Spellman-Timmons (they/them)

– Causha is a seasoned youth development leader, educator, and social impact strategist with more than 20 years of experience working at the intersection of education, equity, and community empowerment. They joined DREAM to strengthen programming, cultivate transformational leadership, and deepen partnerships that expand opportunities for young people and families. Causha brings a SOUL-centered approach to their work, grounded in emotional wellness and justice. When they’re not DREAMing, they’re building visionary projects, nurturing community, and spending intentional time with their wife, fur-son Shaka! and chosen family.

Senior Youth Service Manager

– Emma joined DREAM in August 2025 and serves as the Senior Youth Service Manager for the Greater Rutland County region. With a background in education, career coaching, and leadership, she’s passionate about building community and believes deeply in the power of play to connect and inspire. When she’s not supporting youth and families, you can find her dazzling crowds across Vermont as a children’s performer, complete with hula hoops, bubbles, and plenty of joy.

Jenn Moore (she/her)
Senior Director of AmeriCorps Operations

– Jenn is a former AmeriCorps member with a Master’s in Education and a deep commitment to supporting youth and the teams who serve them. She is excited to support DREAM organization-wide, helping strengthen programs and member experiences across the network. While her role has expanded, Jenn still loves staying connected to direct programming and can often be found in the Bennington community working alongside members and youth.

Lee Oshlag (they/them)
Camp DREAM Director

– Lee joined the organization in 2021 and brings a background in nursing to their role as Camp Director. With a strong commitment to trauma-informed behavior intervention, Lee is passionate about creating a camp environment where every young person feels safe, supported, and empowered to grow. A firm believer in experiential learning and environmental stewardship, Lee loves seeing campers build confidence through hands-on adventure and connection with the natural world. Outside of camp, you’ll likely find Lee exploring the mountains of Vermont with their dog, happily trading a desk for a trail anytime.

Luke Andris (he/him)
Business Manager

– Luke graduated from Bentley University with a B.S. in Finance & Nonprofit Leadership. His previous experience includes roles in financial analysis and community engagement. Luke joined DREAM in October 2025 to build capacity on the business team and explore the intersection of business and nonprofit work. Outside of DREAM, Luke enjoys adventuring in new places—whether on his bike or on foot.
Mary Beth Fowler (she/her)

– Mary Beth joined the DREAM team in 2025, bringing 20+ years experience in education, leadership and community engagement through nonprofit work. In establishing this new DREAM region in NY, Mary Beth is focused on creating an environment where individuals know they are seen and valued by the community. She is excited for all of the fun times ahead, working to close the opportunity gap for youth in the Capital Region. Known to chase the sun whenever possible, Mary Beth enjoys sinking her toes into the sand of a warm beach, also sailing, dancing, woodworking, being crafty and curling up with a good book (always interested recommendations)! ㅤ

Olivia Wetzel (she/her)
Youth Service Director

– Olivia brings many years of experience working with youth in the outdoor education and classroom settings to DREAM. Formerly an instructor, staff trainer and program director at various outdoor organizations like the Colorado Outward Bound School, she strives to support the Village Mentoring programs in Northern Vermont from an experiential education perspective. In addition to making DREAMs come true, Olivia loves to spend her time outside; biking, running, gardening, and complaining about the cold but refusing to go inside.
