DREAM Scholarship Fund
A foundation for every DREAMer
For 25 years, DREAM has built its programs on college campuses so that young people can grow up seeing higher education as a real and reachable part of their future. But when one of our alumni — despite a strong academic record and initial financial aid — still faced a significant funding gap in college, we realized encouragement alone wasn’t enough. Their experience, echoed by others, inspired us to create the DREAM Scholarship Fund (DSF).

Closing the opportunity gap by bridging the tuition gap.
How it works
An automatic benefit – Every DREAMer in our Village Mentoring program receives an account.
Contributions grow – Accounts build each year until high school graduation.
Real assets at graduation – DREAMers step into their futures with resources for college or other post-secondary paths.

Why it matters
Research from the University of Washington in St. Louis shows that even modest savings accounts significantly increase the likelihood that young people will pursue and complete higher education. For our mentees, the DSF is more than dollars, it's a message from their community: We believe in you, and we're investing in your future.
Where your gift goes
Use the form to choose the impact you want to make:
One DREAMer (team member) – Search their name to invest directly in their future.
A DREAM site (team) – Support a whole community of DREAMers by selecting their site.
General fund – Give every DREAMer a foundation for success.
Every gift is secure and professionally managed.
Stories of Commitment
Nothing shows the power of community like our mentors and mentees. These two stories remind us that when a young person knows their community is behind them, their dreams feel possible and achievable.

Molly & Taylor

Sam & Jacob
Sam gave direct financial support to ensure Jacob had what he needed to succeed.
